2026 Lone Tree Farm Hunter Pace Series
Dates: March 29th, May 3rd, July 12th and October 25th Halloween High Point Finale
What is a Hunter Pace? Hunter Pace originated from a foxhunting tradition. Certain times of the year the members of the hunt would get together and enjoy a race day with Point-to-point, Steeplechase and Hunter Pace. The idea behind Hunter Pace is to try and match the speed of the Hunt master during a foxhunt. Today we measure the distance and use a pre-set speed. Here is a great chance to ride cross-country courses by yourself or with a friend....just fun, no pressure! You will be scored on pace only. Closest to the optimal time (it's secret) wins! If you don't have a partner, let us know!

Schooling/Come for the weekend! Hunter Paces are on Sundays and normally finish late morning or mid day (depending on entries). There will be cross country schooling available on Friday and Saturday. You must have a trainer with you for schooling, or sign up for a lesson with one our Instructors.
Notes: Fees are non-refundable, but credit may be used for any future event or schooling if Lone Tree cancels. High point winners must participate in the October Hunter Pace and must have competed in at least one other Hunter Pace during the same season to qualify for end of year prize baskets.

Come polish your cross country skills with Connie Arthur! Lone Tree Farm has about 120+ x-co jumps, Pre-Elementary through Intermediate. Great footing wet or dry! 3 - 6 riders per group. Groups divided by ability. Will be a fun and educational weekend. Lone Tree Schooling Fees included in price of clinic. Continental breakfast, snacks and drinks provided. Camping $10 per night. (Hot showers available!)
